During my tenure in the United States Air Force from June 2015 to November 2021, I served as a Staff Sergeant in the Aircraft Hydraulic Systems Craftsman role, where I developed a strong foundation of professionalism. I successfully streamlined inspection processes, achieving a remarkable 66% reduction in turnaround time which resulted in a savings of 1,000 man-hours. Additionally, I led teams responsible for performing hydraulic system maintenance on critical operations worldwide, emphasizing teamwork and precision under pressure. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also ingrained in me the values of leadership and accountability that I carry into my future endeavors.
