Association for Computing Machinery
President
As the President of the Association for Computing Machinery at NC A&T SU since Fall 2024, I have embraced the opportunity to lead an organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant computing community. Setting and enforcing the vision and mission of our chapter has been a rewarding challenge, as it aligns our members' efforts towards a common goal. One of the highlights of my tenure was organizing HackNCAT 8.0, an event that brought together over 200 participants. My role involved managing logistics, crafting engaging themes, and coordinating diverse committees to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees. Additionally, I have focused on building partnerships with external entities to provide our members with enhanced resources and opportunities, fostering an environment where new ideas can flourish and innovative projects can emerge into reality.
