Association for Computing Machinery

As the Vice President of the Association for Computing Machinery at NC A&T SU during Fall 2023 – Spring 2024, I played a pivotal role in advancing our chapter's mission and vision. I successfully organized two hackathons, managing logistics, themes, and operations for over 200 participants, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Additionally, I led the planning and coordination of professional development initiatives, including a technical interview preparation session sponsored by Google, aimed at equipping our members with essential skills for navigating the competitive job market. This experience not only honed my leadership abilities but also reinforced my commitment to supporting the professional growth of my peers in the computing field.
